TERMS & CONDITIONS

Outpost 77 currently self-distributes wholesale orders (cases of 24 16oz cans or half-cases of 12 16oz cans) to retailers in Hartford County, Connecticut. If you have any questions that are not answered below, please email us at sales@drinkoutpost77.com.

Order minimum: 2 cases per order (or 4 half-cases, or any combination thereof). Delivery is free and cases will be delivered by an Outpost 77 driver. There is a discount of $3 per case for orders of 4 or more cases.

Pricing - All prices are listed in US dollars, all prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing Policy - Customers may not use the Outpost 77 name or products to advertise or otherwise promote Outpost 77 products on the Internet at a net price that is lower than our set MAP (minimum advertised price). Sales and promotional events that involve lowering the net price should be short-term and infrequent, and will require the prior approval of Outpost 77 if less than $2.99 per can. Our pricing policy can change at any time without notice. Outpost 77 reserves the right to request that you cease advertising or promoting Outpost 77 products if we find that you’ve violated our pricing policy. Additionally, we may stop accepting and/or shipping orders to you in such circumstances.

Suggested Retail - Outpost 77 products should be sold at its suggested retail price, which is between $3.49-$3.99 per can (for Atom-O-Tea 16oz cans).

Images - All Outpost 77 images, logos, photography, trademarks, and creative assets are the sole and exclusive property of Outpost 77 and no license is expressed or implied by your sale of Outpost 77 products. You may request use and reproduction by emailing us at Info@drinkoutpost77.com. In all cases, we reserve the right to discontinue your right to use and/or reproduce such images, in our sole discretion.

Sale of Outpost 77 - You acknowledge that you are acquiring Outpost 77 products to sell in your retail location. Any sale of Outpost 77 products on any third-party websites, including without limitation, Amazon.com, or in any third-party marketplaces, is expressly prohibited. Outpost 77 may stop accepting and/or shipping orders to you should you violate this policy.

Delivery - Orders will be delivered directly by Outpost 77 drivers. We expect our delivery schedule to include deliveries to every town in Hartford County at a minimum of once per week. Please email sales@drinkoutpost77.com for more information on our delivery schedule.

Cancellation - We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason or for no reason, including, without limitation, your brand’s poor fit with Outpost 77 brand image, your failure to pay invoices in a timely manner, your breach of these terms or otherwise, in each case in our sole discretion.

Payment Terms - If you prefer to pay by check, wholesale purchases are Net 10. Please mail checks to: Outpost 77 Beverages, 1296 Blue Hills Ave, Bloomfield, CT 06002. All invoices will be sent electronically to the email address provided (paper invoices will not be provided or mailed). If you prefer Net 10 payment terms, please select "Net 10" on your application. If you prefer to pay via credit card (or check) at the time of delivery, please select "Payment upon delivery". Your Outpost 77 driver will be able to accept a credit card payment at the time of delivery (please note there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments.

Claims - All deliveries must be inspected at the time of receipt for shortages and damage. Please notify your driver as soon as possible, or email sales@drinkoutpost77.com Please also provide pictures of damaged cans where possible.

Returns - Outpost 77 products cannot be returned without prior authorization from Outpost 77.

Agreement & Acknowledgement - by checking the box, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the enforcement of any and all such terms at the sole discretion of Outpost 77. If any term, provision, covenant or condition of these Terms & Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms of provisions will remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated.
